Batelco knocked out Tatweer 2331-2293 in the first week of the Bapco Cup Knock-Out Tournament organised by the Bahrain Industrial Bowling League at the Funland Bowling Centre in Manama.
In the first game, Tatweer held a 20-pin advantage but Batelco gained 84 pins in the second, though Tatweer recovered 26 pins in the third game it was not enough to secure victory.
Top scorer for Batelco was Mohammed Sultan (214) high game and 597 (high series) and for Tatweer Abdul Hameed Maraghi (235) game and (650) series.
