“Culinaire & Beyond was established with an objective to support aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners in the Food and Beverages sector in the region. The company applies a holistic approach in supporting new investors to launch innovative Restaurant concepts and existing restaurant owners to refurbish and enhance their business,” said Leena Ahmed Al Mannai, Founder and CEO of Culinaire & Beyond WLL. 

The company offers services tailored to suit the business requirements of 5-star hotels, restaurant chains, theme restaurants, In-mall restaurants, hotels & spas, food courts, pastries and bakeries, food trucks and F&B outlets to name a few.

Commenting on the positive outlook of the industry, Al Mannai said that the F&B sector in the region, and especially in Bahrain is witnessing remarkable growth over the years. Statistics from leading research firms forecast that the food sector in the MENA region is poised for a compound annual growth of 4.3 per cent by 2019 and in Bahrain alone it will be 4.2pc.

“Culinaire & Beyond will play a supplementary role with its specialised consultancy solutions to enhance the existing infrastructure and add momentum to the growth of the F&B industry in Bahrain,” added Al Mannai. 

Commenting on the company’s future, Al Mannai said she is optimistic about the growth prospects in the GCC, which will be boon for the company’s business strategies and expansion plans.
