NBB appoints Hadi Saeed Al Beshri as Head of Fintech Partnerships

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has announced the appointment of Hadi Saeed Al Beshri as Head of Fintech Partnerships within the Group Markets & Client Solutions Division.

Hadi brings with him over 13 years of experience in fintech partnerships, financial services, product development, and digital innovation across the region. Prior to joining NBB, he served as Senior Product Manager at Arab National Bank (ANB) in Saudi Arabia, where he led the development and implementation of multiple solutions for digital payments transformation and transaction banking serving corporate clients. His expertise includes designing scalable Fintech integrations and launching innovative products such as Bank Identification Number (BIN) Sponsorship and Card as a Service (CaaS) Solutions building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

In addition to his banking experience, Hadi has held business development and marketing roles at firms in both Saudi Arabia and New Zealand, where he focused on market positioning, digital branding, and customer acquisition strategies.

He holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Otago in New Zealand. Hadi’s ap - pointment reflects NBB’s continued commitment to driving innovation and enhancing the Group’s fintech partnerships and Banking as a Service ( BaaS ) Solutions.
