Interior Ministry, Oracle Discuss Enhancing Digital Transformation in Security Sector

Manama: Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, received a delegation from Oracle, headed by Omar Daraghmeh, Vice President for the Gulf, the Levant, and North Africa, as part of efforts to strengthen strategic partnerships and further develop the security work system.
The meeting was attended by Major General Adel Abdullah Ameen, Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, and Shaikha Mishaal bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Organisation.
During the meeting, Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman underscored the importance of the partnership in supporting the Ministry of Interior’s strategic plans, in line with the directives of General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior. He highlighted efforts to enhance the Kingdom of Bahrain’s leadership in the digital field and to achieve greater integration between technical systems and security operations, in keeping with rapid technological advancements and in a manner that improves the quality and efficiency of services.
The discussions reviewed areas of joint cooperation and prospects for their expansion, supporting digital transformation initiatives, the adoption of advanced technological solutions, the enhancement of institutional performance and efficiency, and the strengthening of human capital readiness to advance the security work system.
Omar Daraghmeh expressed pride in the existing cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, praising the ministry’s forward-looking vision and its commitment to leveraging the latest global technological solutions. He reaffirmed Oracle’s commitment to supporting the ministry’s efforts to achieve its strategic objectives.
