The National Institution of Human Rights (NIHR)’s president Maria Khoury has received the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)’s representative to the Kingdom of Bahrain James Liner. Khoury praised the ICRC’s role of consolidating and spreading the culture of human rights, developing the skills and capacities of workers in this field.
