A series of road access and traffic safety files will be discussed at the Muharraq Municipal Council next Monday, placing everyday mobility at the centre of attention.

Among the items set for review are proposals to create additional exits for parking areas overlooking main roads, resurface internal streets, adjust road angles near residential properties and open new access points in several neighbourhoods.

While the language of correspondence is administrative, the impact reaches far beyond paperwork.

For residents in Arad, Samaheej and Al Hidd, street design is not abstract planning. It shapes the rhythm of daily life.
