Industry and Commerce Minister Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro praised the economic relations between Bahrain and France, crowned by joint economic agreements.

He noted the role of the French International Federation, in cooperation with the French Chamber, in supporting these relations.

This came as Fakhro met MEDEF President and Fives Group Chairman, Frederic Sanchez, in the presence of President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bahrain, Jean Christophe Durand, as part of his official visit to the Kingdom.

During the meeting, the Chamber members gave an extensive explanation of the tasks and objectives of the International Federation and the French Chamber, and its role in enhancing French-Bahraini economic development, in addition to discussing and reviewing a number of topics of common interest.
