BBK has announced a special offer to finance villas in the Deerat Al Oyoun residential project at an interest rate of 3.25%, with no down payment, no administrative or evaluation fees, and an additional loan of up to 15,000 dinars for furnishing.

“This offer is exclusive to BBK customers, who want to buy and own residential villas in the third and fourth phases of the “Deerat Al Oyoun” project, where over 1,000 housing units have been made available to citizens who meet the requirements of the “Mazaya” social housing programme,” the bank said.

BBK is also participating in the roadshow at the project, where customer service representatives provide a detailed explanation to customers interested in purchasing their dream home.

Dr Adel Salem, General Manager of Retail Banking Division at BBK, commented: “This new financing offer has been designed based on the bank’s long-standing experience in providing mortgage financing services in the Kingdom of Bahrain to meet the aspirations of many of the Bank’s valued customers of owning the house of their dreams.”

Dr Salem stated that the offer is part of the bank’s partnership with the Ministry of Housing and the Eskan Bank.

The “Deerat Al Oyoun” development project is located in the heart of Diyar Al Muharraq and includes 3000 housing units connected through a developed infrastructure and linked to a variety of public facilities.

All of the villas were built in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and the Eskan Bank for Mazaya Finance beneficiaries.
