Special broadcast to celebrate Women’s Day
The Information Ministry will celebrate this year’s Bahraini Women’s Day in a special way, as all radio and TV programmes, on the day of celebration, will be produced, filmed, directed and presented by female cadre.
The live broadcast will focus on the Bahraini women’s achievements, chiefly in the banking field. The programmes will accentuate women’s role as key partners in the development process taking place in Bahrain.
The programmes come in recognition of the Bahraini women’s efforts in all areas. The transmission of the special programmes will start at 9am to continue until midnight.
