NPRA Quality Week participants honoured
A week-long campaign aimed at promoting the standards of quality and disseminating the culture of excellence has concluded.
Interior Ministry Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA), Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa patronized the final ceremony at the Public Security Officers’ Club.
He honoured the participants for their dedicated efforts to enhance NPRA quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
Held for the third consecutive year, the event featured a number of functions aimed at promoting the culture of customer satisfaction, quality services and excellence.
