Malaysian companies to participate in Jewellery Arabia 2015 show
Malaysia will be represented by four companies in this year’s Jewellery Arabia to be held from today to November 29 here.
This will be the Asian country’s sixth consecutive participation in the hugely popular show, informed Malaysian delegation representative Yaacub.
Malaysia is one of the biggest suppliers of gold jewellery to this region. In 2014, $1.52 billion worth of jewellery was exported to the GCC region from Malaysia. Malaysian jewellery is well known for quality and value for money in this part of the world.
In recent years, diamond and precious stone jewellery from Malaysia has also earned international reputation as a result of intricate and innovative designs. This year’s participants from Malaysia will showcase cubic zirconia, precious and semi-precious gemstones, silver jewellery, fine gold and diamond jewellery.
Malaysian companies will be located in the main entrance hall at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre. In addition to individual buyers, Malaysian companies also welcome enquiries from retailer and wholesalers.
