iGA enhances card services
Manama : The Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) has added more features and services to boost its ID card services in a bid to enhance its response time.
“These enhancements are in response to the feedbacks and comments received via. The National Suggestions and Complaints system ‘Tawasul’,” said ID Card & Population Registry Director at iGA Sh Subah bin Hamad AlKhalifa.
He also pointed out that the enhancements have resulted in providing an “8 per cent growth in online usage within the first quarter of 2018 in comparison to the previous quarter”. The app, according to Shaikh Subah, facilitates the delivery of online requests via the national portal (Bahrain.bh).
To reach Tawasul log on to the national portal at Bahrain.bh or the mobile app available via Bahrain.bh/apps.
