Shaikh Khalid hails HM King on Formula One Success

Manama : His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Athletics Association, yesterday sent his congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, praising Bahrain’s ability and efficiency in organising high-level events.

His Highness appreciated the efforts of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, which contributed to the success of Bahrain Grand Prix. 

His Highness said: “Bahrain’s efficiency in organising Formula One granted it the World’s trust to be a major destination to attract many regional and international events”.

Shaikh Khalid also appreciated the efforts of Bahrain International Circuit’s management led by His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Isa Al-Khalifa, and Bahraini Cars Association led by His Excellency Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa Al-Khalifa. 

His Highness Shaikh Khalid alongside His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Chairman of Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Charity Organisation, accompanied His Royal Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, in attending and watching the events of the final day of this Racing.
