AMAISB shapes student leaders
AMAISB hosted a Leadership Workshop for 28 Student Council officers and grade level representatives from Grade 4 to 12 on Sunday. Leading the group were the President of High School Student Council Ahmed Al Ansari, President of Middle School Student Council Hussain Osama, President of Elementary Student Council Aya Mohamed, and the President of the Supreme Student Council Muhammad Umair Zahid Muhammad Zahid.
The workshop was spearheaded by Anna Liza Valencia, a noted speaker on Leadership, Teamwork and interpersonal relationships. She has conducted several workshops for students and employees in the Philippines and in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Meanwhile, students were amazed at the new learning they have encountered, the activities that were presented in the workshop and the interaction that they had while learning across different levels. The younger student council officers had the experience to work with their peers in the higher grade levels and learned that this is the real world where they can not choose who to work with and therefore must appreciate how to work well with others.
