NMS-DPS excel in college Board SAT subjects

Continuing its legacy, NMS-DPS became a trendsetter with regard to the achievements of its final year students in various external examinations like SAT and IIT-JEE.

These examinations decide the student’s eligibility for undergraduate courses in the field of Engineering, Medicine and other related branches of study.

Students have been continuously bringing laurels to the school over the past few years and are now placed in some of the world’s best colleges and universities like Caltech, Stanford, UC Berkely, University of Toronto, Michigan, Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), Indian NITs and many more.

Nine students (Balusu Bhanuram, Arjun Singh Mann, Prasanth Suresh, Hrishik Rajendra, Apurv Anand Shah, Shanmukh Karra, Ayman Nasir Shaikh, Ishaan Baranwal & Mohammad Kamran) bagged the perfect score of 2400/2400 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and two students (Pantanjali K.V and Abhishek Ganesan) achieved the perfect score in two subjects Mathematics and Physics. Balusu Bhanuram of grade XII has also scored 5/5 in AP (Advance Placement) in the above subjects along with 1580/1600 in SAT (I).

A good SAT (subject) score is not only required to get admissions to prestigious universities of USA but these scores are also taken as a benchmark to provide admissions to some of the best Engineering colleges in India through DASA scheme and CIWG scheme.

These students were provided with a special training from grade XI to excel not only in such exams but also in CBSE Boards.

Chairman Dr Ravi Pillai, Managing Director Geetha Pillai and Principal Arun Kuumar Sharma congratulated the students for bringing in accolades to the institution.

The Principal reiterated that it is the zeal, commitment and determination of these kids and continued support of the teachers and parents, which have made their dream a reality. He also wished them all success in their future endeavours.
