Al Noor School celebrates annual day
The CBSE Section of Al Noor International School celebrated its 24th Annual Day on 18th January 2018.
Alok Kumar Sinha, Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain, was the esteemed Chief Guest.
The School Chairman Ali Hasan, School Director Dr. Muhammad Mashood , Principal Amin Mohammed Hulaiwah, Head Teachers of the various sections, officials from the Ministry of Education , Parents and prominent members of the Bahrain community were among those present.
Students presented an entertaining program showcasing the talent of all the age group with emphasis on importance of moral values.
The kids of the kindergarten section added colour to the occasion with their dazzling performance. The students of the primary section captivated the audience with their synchronized dance movements, a fusion of Indian Classical and Western Beats.
An astounding visual treat was presented by the students of Middle Section on the eight core values of the School through an alluring theatrical musical drama.
The children depicted the culture and tradition of Bahrain through a graceful dance. The English play, The Wooden Bowl by the senior students enthralled the audience and proved to be very popular.
Alok Kumar Sinha handed out trophies to academically meritorious pupils of the CBSE Section. Grade 1 - Christy Joseph and Anirudh Reghunath, Grade 2 - Alakhjot Saini and Vedika Sudheer, Grade 3 – Shanthosh Kumar and Ennaya Abdul Aziz, Grade 4 – Sayed Ounesh Salik and Viswatheertha Vinu, Grade 5 – Shweta Umesh and Munira Mustafa, Grade 6 – Alex Mathew and Kalyani Kavitha ,Grade 7 – Nishanth Nithyananda and Ridhashirin MujeeebRahman, Grade 8 - Navaneet Anil Kumar , Pranshu Parva Laklia and Sarathy Ramanan , Grade 9 - Shamila Salik and Amena Abdul Latheef , Grade 11 – Aswin Kadungattil (Science) Mehak Hameed Sheikh (Commerce).
150 Students also received awards for their achievements in the various talent competitions held during the course of the School year.
