Pakistani community to celebrate Bahrain National Day: Ambassador

ManamaIn order to celebrate the strong bonds of friendship between Pakistan and Bahrain, the Pakistani Community under the patronage of Pakistan Embassy in Bahrain will be organizing a series of events to mark the National day of Bahrain and to show their solidarity with His Majesty and the people of Bahrain.  

In his statement Pakistan’s Ambassador in Bahrain said that “there is a large Pakistani community that lives, works and does business in Bahrain and they play a vital role in the society. They share very positive brotherly relations with their Bahraini brothers and sisters and join each other’s celebrations.“ 

This year, the Pakistani community has planned a series of events in which they will not only celebrate the National Day of Bahrain but also pay tribute to the strong social, cultural and brotherly relations between the two countries.

Ambassador Javed Malik said that the Pakistani community though these events shows its appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Crown Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the government and people of Bahrain for the warmth and the affection with which they are always welcomed to live in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The Events

The Pakistani Community has planned events across the Kingdom in order to allow maximum participation for all segments of society. The events would be held in Manama, Riffa, Muharraq, Juffair and other areas.  

Community organizations like Pakistan Club Bahrain, Pakistan Bahrain Friendship Society, Pakistan School, in addition to Pakistani professionals, doctors, engineers, bankers, accountants, workers, as well as Pakistani women, and Pakistani Youth in Bahrain have all been activated to participate in the Bahrain National Day celebrations. 

Ambassador of Pakistan, Javed Malik would personally participate in most of the events as the Chief Guest along with distinguished personalities from Pakistani and Bahraini communities will be present.

Ambassador Javed Malik appreciated the dynamic and visionary leadership of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, and the Crown Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa. 

“Under the leadership of His Majesty, Bahrain has established itself as model of tolerance. The positive and welcoming policies of His Majesty have made it possible for people from various cultures, faiths and backgrounds to live in this multicultural and inclusive society and on the National day of Bahrain, everyone stands united in celebrating Bahrain as a global village of peace and tolerance,” he said.
