King, PM review national issues

Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, at Sakhir Palace yesterday.

The leaders reviewed national issues which required prompt action to enhance Bahrain’s progress and ensure its people’s welfare.

HM King Hamad hailed Bahrain’s success in making advanced strides in various development sectors, stressing the need to continue adopting programmes and plans, and to harness all potentials and resources to fulfil the aspirations of the citizens for more national gains. 

His Majesty expressed  thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, for the tremendous efforts they are exerting, as well as for their constant support for government action for the sake of upgrading the standard of the services for citizens and residents.

HM King Hamad lauded the honourable achievements that Bahrainis continue to attain at various regional and international gatherings, especially in sports fields, which reflects their distinction and strenuous efforts to consolidate Bahrain’s leadership and advanced status.
