New Horizon School holds sports meet
Manama : The New Horizon School conducted the Annual Sports Meet 2017- 18 on Thursday. Chief Guest Jiju Varghese lit the torch while Principal Nirmala Jose released balloons declaring the Athletic Meet open. Other guests were Fatema Al Mehzaa, Amal Al Durazi, Soman Baby and AS Jose.
Deputy Principal Shiny Menon welcomed the gathering. The Sports Day programme included National Anthems, March Past Contest and colourful themes portrayed through an array of Drill Displays by classes 1 to 5. The Rolling Trophy was won by Jupiter House.
In the Drill Display, Grades 3, 2 and 5 were the first, second and third place winners respectively.
