Road lanes closed
Manama : In view of the expansion works on Shaikh Isa Bin Salman Causeway with Al Ghous Highway Junction in Muharraq, one lane has been closed for eastbound traffic leading towards Muharraq and two lanes has been provided for traffic movement, the Ministry of Works, Municipality Affairs and Urban Planning announced in consultation with the General Directorate of Traffic yesterday. Also, one right turn lane leading towards Arad and two left turn lanes has been provided for traffic movement leading to Busaiteen. The gradual and partial road closure came into force from yesterday 11:00 p.m. which will remain until October 22 at 05:00 a.m.
Kuwait Avenue
For road expansion works on Kuwait Avenue near Um Al Hassam Junction, the left lane has been closed for northbound traffic leading towards Manama and one lane has been provided for traffic movement, the Ministry of Works said.
The lane has already been closed from at 11:00 p.m. yesterday, which will remain in force until October 21 at 05:00 a.m. All road users are requested to observe and obey the traffic rules for safety of all.
