30 number plates up for grabs
Manama : Auction firm Mazad has announced that it would put a selection of 30 special private vehicle number plates for electronic auction (e-auction). The e-auction, to be conducted in tandem with Arabian Auction, will open today at 6 pm and run until August 27. Those wishing to purchase the new numbers may participate in the e-auction through the website of “Arabian Auction” http://www.arabian.auction/ or through downloading the phone application of Arabian Auction. The Minimum bid is set at BD100.
Bidders must complete an online registration and pay 20 per cent of the minimum required bid to secure participation. Payments can be made through either bank transfers or a valid credit card. A security deposit equal to 20 per cent of the auction’s overall value shall be paid through the bank, by money transfer or by credit card and a property deed would be issued once the number is awarded. The numbers, which will be auctioned online, are posted on Mazad account @mazadbahrain and Arabian Auction account @arabianauction.
