KHCB holds client relationship management course

Manama : Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB), has organised a training course for its Client Relationship Managers in collaboration with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF). 

The course, which corresponds with the bank’s commitment to providing clients with a leading banking experience, aims to foster skills which identify client behaviours, improving managerial operations and advancing the efficiency of service delivery.

The course focused on client relations developmental skills such as understanding the clients’ needs to achieve better responsiveness which creates a sense of belonging to the institution and builds trust with the bank’s employees. 

This establishes business stability and contributes to building long-term relationships. The course included practical training such as performance analysis, problem solving and time management techniques, which assist Client Relationship Managers to be more confident and experienced.

On the occasion, Tawfeeq Mohamed Bastaki, Acting Chief Executive Officer of KHCB, stated “At Khaleeji Commercial Bank, we are keen to provide our customers with a leading banking experience by attuning to their requirements.
