BIBF students achieve top honours in UK exam

ManamaThe Central Bank of Bahrain Governor Rasheed Mohammed Al Maraj met eight students of the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) who achieved top honours in the BIBF’s Bangor University Bachelor examinations.

The three awards for the top performance in the examinations went to Bahraini students who studied for the first part of their degree at the BIBF and spent the final year at Bangor University’s campus in the United Kingdom. 

A total of eight students from the BIBF graduated from Bangor University with First Class honours and they are: Noor Altajer; Reem Al Mandeel; Fareema Hasan; Maryam Abdulla; Meriam AlMohsen; Abdulla Al Shamlan; Fatema Haider; and Abdulla Mohammed.

Commenting on this success, the Governor, said, “The students of the BIBF have always made us proud in achieving academic excellence on international level. Achieving this great success reflects the capability and quality of our young generation.
