Expats arrested for stealing BD100000
Manama : The General Director of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science has managed to discover a series of thefts and arrest of three Africans, 2 maids and a driver who are part of a gang that robbed around BD100000 from bank clients after chasing and stealing the money from their cars. He said that investigation was launched short after several cases of stealing money from cars were reported. This led to identifying the suspects, in which three left the country who helped the main suspects in committing the crimes and transferred the money to their accounts and others from different countries. In coordination with the Interpol, arrest warrants were issued and legal proceedings are being taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
