RCSI Bahrain discusses nursing collaborations in Taiwan
Manama : The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland – Medical University of Bahrain (RCSI Bahrain) has conducted a series of meetings in Taiwan to discuss the possibility of collaborative projects in the field of nursing education.
RCSI Bahrain’s Head of School of Nursing and Midwifery, Professor Seamus Cowman, met with senior officials from the National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences (NTUNHS), and discussed the development of exchange programmes for both staff and students.
The meeting also focused on teaming up on a suitable nursing research project, leading to data collection in both countries and joint-publications.
As part of the visit, Professor Cowman also met with representatives of National Taiwan University (NTU), with a view to further collaboration in the future.
