BTA to host sport experts
Manama : Bahrain Triathlon Association (BTA) announced the hosting of several international sports experts in the areas of swimming, cycling and running, who would be conducting technical lectures and workshops today in cooperation with “Tactris” Sports Company.
Shaikh Saqer bin Salman Al Khalifa, President of BTA, said that holding such activities comes as part of the annual programmes organised by the Association in collaboration with several sports agencies, and in line with the strategy of Bahrain Olympic Committee under the guidance of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Explaining the workshop on the running sport will be open to the public as it will shed light on how to practice sports and to avoid injuries. He urged people interested in attending it to be present in Riffa Golf Club at 5:45 pm wearing sports attire.
