Expat falls from building, dies
Manama : A man died after he fell off a building in Janabiya at around 11:30 am yesterday.
The deceased is Bala Ram Saini, a 49-year-old expat from India, who worked as a mason for a contracting company. He fell off from the second floor of the building. Though he was rushed to Salmaniya Medical Complex, he could not be saved.
“The man had sustained serious injuries and died after a few hours at the ICU,” a source at the Ministry of Interior said.
“We have informed his family members. Arrangements are being made to get the necessary clearance from ministries to send his body back home,” the source said.
