Bowling: Bapco lead
Manama : Bapco beat the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) 8-0 to lead in the second week of the Bahrain Industrial Bowling League Golden Triangle League 2017 at the Fun Land Bowling Centre in Manama.
The winning Bapco team now have 14 points, while EWA are still on zero points.
Top scoring for Bapco was team captain Mohammed H. Janahi (258) high game and (670) high series and for EWA, Rule Cruz 253) game and (607) series.
In another match, Banagas were 6-2 winners over Pioneers and remain in third place with eight points, Pioneers dropped to second with 10 points with the top scorer for Banagas being Osama Khalifa Khalfan of Banagas (264) game and (695) series and for Pioneers it was Khalifa Khalfan (the father and senior) with (263) game and (661) series.
