BCL Golden League: Sprite CC beat Thunder Ball

Manama : Sprite CC defeated Thunder Ball by 111 runs in the latest matches of the BCL Golden League at the Busaiteen Grounds in Muharraq.
Batting first, Sprite notched up 211 for five in 25 overs  with opener Omer (88 off 66 deliveries) and Zeeshan (59) top scoring, with Sanjay (four for 27) the best of the bowlers.
In reply, Thunder Bolt lost wickets at regular intervals and were dismissed for just 100 with Rushab (35) offering the only resistance as Sajid (two for four) and Omer (two for 17) dominated the bowling.
In another match, Tornado A beat Byju’s Learning App by five wickets as the latter were bowled out for 122 with Nabeel (27) top scoring and Ajeesh (three for 21) being the best of the bowlers.
Tornado A then reached the target scoring 124 for five in 16.4 overs thanks to the efforts of Nithin (50) and Gigin (32) despite a good spell of bowling by Nabeel (two for 24).
