BHB approves Mubasher as Market Maker
Manama : Bahrain Bourse (BHB) signed an agreement with Mubasher Company on Thursday, licensing Mubasher to commence its market making services in Bahrain Bourse.
The agreement was signed by Shaikh Khalifa Bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Bourse and Mohammed Rasheed Al Ballaa, Chairman of Mubasher.
Commenting on the move, Shaikh Khalifa pointed out that the presence of more than one market maker in the Bourse will benefit investors and improve the services provided to them.
Chairman of Mubasher, Mohammed Rasheed Al Ballaa said the agreement goes in line with its long-term strategy to enhance presence in Bahrain, increase trading activity and improve market efficiency.
