Bin Faqeeh projects right on target

Manama : Bin Faqeeh, a leading Bahrain-based privately-owned real estate investment, announced that both ‘The Grand’ and ‘The Nest’ real estate projects are nearing completion and the company is ready to handover these projects.

Bin Faqeeh said that all major construction and electrical works were completed and the residential units are almost ready for handing over to the owners.

The Grand is a freehold 34 floors tower located in the Seef District area steps away from the financial harbour just opposite to Bahrain City Center. The luxury project features residential units offering one and two bedroom apartments along with recreational facilities.

The Nest Residential Tower is designed to fit the lifestyle of young singles as well as students. The Nest offers 230 units ranging from studios to one-bedroom flats, located close to the financial district and main commercial areas such as the Seef District, Bahrain Mall, Dana Mall and Bahrain City Center.

On the occasion, AbulRahman Al Kooheji, General Manager of Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company said, “2017 will witness handing-over of additional real estate projects that have reached their final stages of development and construction.”
