Education Ministry wins case
Manama : The Ministry of Education won a final court ruling into the case lodged by the Delmon University, a private academic establishment whose licence had been revoked due to a spate of irregularities,
The university filed a case with the Court of Cassation, seeking to reverse the decision of the Higher Education Council (HEC), which disapproved the construction of a new university campus.
The court overturned the case and ordered the appellant to pay the costs of appeal.
