New Nepalese Ambassador for Bahrain
Manama : Padam Sundas has been nominated by the Nepal’s cabinet as the ambassador to Bahrain.
Sundas, an Engineer and Social Activist, was nominated for the Kingdom earlier, but was withdrawn later due to cabinet change in Nepal.
The embassy of Nepal in Bahrain was established in 2013 and was headed by several caretaker ambassadors till now.
“Appointment of full envoy to the Kingdom is expected to boost bilateral relationship between Bahrain and Nepal and conclusion of various labour issues,” a statement read.
