Teamwork spirit shown by Bahrain Merida team

Manama : A daring beginning is half way winning, and the first WorldTour team from middle east certainly shown their power in Australia.

"I just can't wait for the next race now," said Philippe Mauduit, our sports director. "For the first time of that race, Niccol? just simply didn't have the legs today, but they have been doing a hard and good work so far. As long as you gave 100%, everything is acceptable. I am satisfied with the race in general, because they had shown the team spirits, and that was our first goal our coming here. Now we are just looking forward to the next race, these kids are going out of Tour Down Under in a great shape," he added.

Yukiya Arashiro, the Japanese veteran in BAHRAIN MERIDA, is also satisfied with our first ever WorldTour race after the last stage: "You know, it's a new team, new start, first race, we are first time here for racing, no? Every day, better and better, no? Maybe soon we will get our first win. I feel that this tour was good for us and I am happy to ride for this team. Teammates, team staff, good organizations, thank you to everybody.
