Jigesh leads Fortune to win
Manama : Fortune edged out Star Cricketers with a last ball, one wicket win over Star Cricketers in The Indian Club Seven-a-Side Softball Cricket Tournament 2016 at its premises in Gudaibiya.
Batting first, Star Cricketers made 47 for five in six overs thanks to a fine unbeaten knock by Arjun (26), but Jigesh (36 not out) secured Fortune to victory after scoring 48 for five in six overs which included 19 runs in the last over.
The group phase has concluded this week with the Round of 16 due to start next Sunday and Monday evening.

•Group F: Meenumix 34-4 in 5.5 overs bt United ‘7’ 33-4 in 6 overs by 2 wickets.
•Group G: Pak Arab Blue 49-4 in 6 overs bt Gulf Hotel 31-5 in 6 overs by 18 runs.
•Group H: Central Café 59-1 (Vassant 34no, Naveen 20) in 6 overs bt Play Makers 18 all out in 5.3 overs by 41 runs.
•Group C: The Indian Club 30-1 in 3.4 overs bt Kansara ‘11’ 28 all out in 6 overs by 5 wickets.
