Bahraini SCD patient dies in Iran
Manama : A Bahraini Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) patient died in Iran on Friday.
Fatima Al Aswad, a Bahraini SCD patient in her 20s, passed away while on a religious trip to Mashhad, Iran, due to SCD complications.
Close sources informed that the deceased, who hails from Karranah village in the Northern Governorate, was buried in Iran yesterday.
No further information was available.
