Stray dog trespass into football match in Bahrain
Manama : A stray dog yesterday trespassed into the Bahrain National Stadium when the local football league match was going on. According to social media users, this is another indication of the stray dogs issue going out of control.
The incident was aired live on national television Bahrain Sports Channel as the uninvited guest crashlanded into an important match between East Riffa and Al Hala football clubs.
The match had to be halted till the animal left the grounds.
The first-of-its-kind incident was shared by many on social media networks, with some demanding the authorities to come up with immediate solutions for the stray dogs issue in the country.
No official comments were made about the occurrence.
