Abdulaziz Kanoo laid to rest, good deeds remembered
Manama : Hundreds of people attended the funeral of the dignitary Abdulaziz Jassim Kanoo in Manama on Thursday.
The deceased was mourned by a large section of the Bahraini society, headed by King His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, who personally offered condolences to Kanoo Family on Thursday.
The funeral was attended by Kanoo family members, Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, ministers, senior businessmen and dignitaries.
The deceased was laid to rest in Manama Graveyard.The scorching heat did not prevent citizens from attending the burial and the prayers ritual.
The mourners recalled the numerous humanitarian and social initiatives of the deceased, and his contributions to the development of the Bahraini economy.
