HBL marks 75th anniversary
Manama : HBL marked its 75th anniversary at the bank’s Manama branch with a cake-cutting ceremony.
The event was attended by Country Manager Erslaan Ahmed, Branch Manager Shahid Rafi and other staff.
HBL was the first commercial bank to be established for the Muslims of the Indo-Pak subcontinent in 1941 and today, it is the largest bank in Pakistan with a global presence that spans across four continents and 25 countries. This includes the Kingdom of Bahrain, where HBL was established in 1969.
With a rich legacy over 75 years, HBL aims to continue to serve Pakistan and all of the markets where it operates, including Bahrain, with a focus on the needs of its customers.
