Muslims urged to sight Dhul-Hijjah crescent
Riyadh : The Supreme Court in Saudi Arabia has called on all Muslim residents of the kingdom to observe the new crescent moon of Dhul Hijjah anticipated to be visible in the evening of Dhul-Qaedah 29 (corresponding to September 3), whether through unaided eyesight or binoculars, and to report to the nearest court and testify in case they have seen it.
