KHCB wins two top awards for Easy 36, I‘teman

Manama : Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) announced  yesterday Global Banking & Finance Review, a leading financial portal and print magazine, has presented it with two key awards.

The awards were for ‘Best Islamic Credit Card Programme (Easy 36) and ‘Best Islamic Banking Product (I’teman Account) in Bahrain. 

The Easy 36 credit card, according to KHCB, is considered one of the best products that has been a great turnout since its inception. This credit card works as part of the VISA network and offers several benefits like easy payment for both local and international purchases through equal monthly installments, distributed over 36 months. 

On the other hand, I’teman account was launched in 2015. It specializes in corporate funding. This account is compliant with Shari’a principles and works as an alternative to the conventional overdraft. This inventive product provides corporate customers with a revolving credit limit. 

Commenting on the occasion, Khalil Ismael Al Meer, CEO of KHCB, stated: “These awards confirm our commitment to providing the best and latest innovative products and services to our clients”
