HRH Premier issues edicts 29, 40 and 41/2016

Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister issued Edict 39/2016 amending the lists of anesthetic and narcotic substances associated with Law 15/2007, adding synthetic cannabinoids, synthetic cathinone, Tramadol, Ketamine and Apaan (alpha-phenylacetoacetonitrile) to the lists, and tasking the ministers each according to their domain to implement this Edict effective from the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister also issued Edict 40/2016 appointing Ali Abdelnabi Marhoon as Director of Companies Control Directorate in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, tasking the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism to implement this Edict effective from the date of its issuance, and to be published in the Official Gazette.

His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister also issued Edict 41/2016 relocating Shaikha Moneera bint Mohammed Al Khalifa the Director of Community Programmes and Affairs in the Southern Governorate to become Director of Youth Activities in the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs; and, appointing Nawar Abdullah Al Mattawa as Director of Youth Centres Directorate, Mohammed Abdulrahman Bu Ali as Director of Human Resources and Finance Directorate, Saleh Naji Al-Othman as Director of Installations and Projects Directorate and Tariq Hassan Al Arabi as Director of Clubs Affairs Directorate, tasking the Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs to implement this Edict effective from the date of its issuance, and to be published in the Official Gazette.
