Commercial courts to open next month
Manama : Two commercial courts will be inaugurated and will start functioning by early September, said President of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Court of Cassation Chancellor Salim bin Mohammed Al Kuwari at a press conference yesterday.
“The courts will ensure speedy justice and boost investors confidence in Bahrain’s judicial and economic system,” he added. Meanwhile, Al Kuwari denied any shortcomings regarding commercial courts, adding that the courts will have well-experienced judges. “The judges will be trained on conventional financial disputes through a training plan at the Judicial Studies Institute,” he informed.
