Wrong Arabic on Dubai traffic board
Dubai : A board placed to caution motorists in Dubai carried correct English but wrong Arabic words.
The Arabic language daily Emarat Al Youm carried a picture of the board saying in English “go slow” but the translation in Arabic is wrong, meaning:”slowly is going.”
Even the word slow in Arabic is wrong and does not make sense, the paper said, adding that its photographer captured the board near a school in Jumeirah.
The report did not mention who placed the board.
