BAHRAIN ANNUAL HERITAGE FESTIVAL

Time : 4pm to 9pm

Venue: Bahrain National Museum

Bahrain Heritage Festival has gained worldwide reputation since its launch in 1992. This year the Heritage Festival which is in its 24th edition is titled under “Rhythms of Bahrain”. The festival offers a chance to see some of Bahrain’s finest craftsmen at work- basket weaving, pottery, handicrafts etc. Visitors, locally and internationally, are dazzled every year with exhibits relating to Bahrain’s tradition and culture and the distinctiveness of Bahrain’s music and folk-dance, flavours of the kingdom.

Venue: Cultural Hall

Commemorating the 15th anniversary of the Palm Association, an Arabian Night-themed ball will take place on 21 April. The event will feature live entertainment, silent auction of original artwork and photographic prints of local artists and photographers . Raffle draw for international flights, exotic hotel stays, jewellery and much more. All proceeds will go to the Feed A Family program.

FULL MOON PARTY

Time :  8pm to 1am

Venue: Beach by the Marina

Enjoy an evening with Azmy Magdy who has become a celebrity performer in Egypt and tours venues the world over. He will be performing his unique violin, improve-style, only at Meisei! Azmy will be accompanied by Meisei’s resident DJ, who will be spinning an electric mix of Arabic fusion beats to keep you dancing until the early hours.
