Foreign firms get nod for services
Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has issued edicts 1, 2 and 3/2016. The first edict allows 100 per cent foreign capital-owned companies to carry out value-added activity of re-exportation and logistic services. The second edict allows 100 per cent foreign capital-owned firms to carry out packaging and delivery to final destination beyond shipping quay.
The third edict allows 49 per cent foreign capital-owned firms to carry out the activities of air, land and maritime shipping agents.
