Performance review of 10 Govt entities held

The government has held the strategic performance review of 10 government entities participating in the experimental Tamkul project, Adel Hejji Ibrahim Mohamed, Director General of Human Resources Development and Performance, said yesterday.

The meeting marks an important stage in the implementation of the institutional performance project. Representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Information and e-Government Authority, the Civil Service Bureau, the Institute of Public Administration, the Ministry of Works, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning (both Works and Municipal Affairs) and the Electricity and Water Authority attended the meeting.

Tamkul aims to achieve the principles of good governance, support government agencies in evaluating their performance and make recommendations to raise performance to the required levels.
