New Millennium School-DPS holds charity drive

Manama : With an objective to develop an understanding towards the society and its requirements, the students of Grade XII, Commerce stream of NMS DPS undertook a charity drive by donating BD 300 to Muharraq Social Welfare Centre. Funds were raised through the ‘Grub Fest’organised by Grade XI students of Commerce and Humanities stream and the sale of old books from the school libraries. The move was in line with the school’s tradition encouraging pupils to collect funds through various school activities and donate the same to charity organizations across the Kingdom. Chairman Dr Ravi Pillai, Managing Director Geetha Pillai and Principal Arun Kuumar Sharma appreciated the students and teachers for their noble gesture.
