Workshop to enhance learning at Bahrain Indian school

Manama : Bahrain Indian School started the new academic session with the workshop by  Indian Embassy Yoga Teacher Rudresh Kumar Singh for Grades IV-VIII.  

The three days session enlightened children with the practices that can be followed in their daily routine so as to enhance their concentration power, better and quicker retention of learning, inner stability and strength. 

Values were taught through various practical games, discussions and further reflection. He gave valuable tips to strengthen the academics and shared exercises for better learning.

He also highlighted the benefits of eating nutrient rich food, physical exercises, sports and change in the lifestyle. He emphasized on channelizing the breath for controlling our emotions, increasing the concentration and improving the memory of the students. 

He taught specific breathing techniques which further helps in removal of toxins from the body. The session was enriching and knowledgeable for the students.
