Under the patronage of Shaikh Duaij bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CSR International Ambassador and Chairman of the National Institute for Disabled, over 20 volunteer local and international artists and more than 50 differently-abled students and teachers created 47 panels of artwork. The CEO of BFH, Angus Campbell, Hatim Dadabai, British Ambassador Simon Martin and many other dignitaries attended the event.

Speaking to Tribune, Nivedita Dhadphale founder for Bahrain4All said, “We celebrated the International Day of Persons with Disability and showed our allegiance to HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister that the disabled community in Bahrain is very much part of Team Bahrain and remains at his service. “We are indebted to sponsors Harbour Gate for offering us space and equipment, Dadabai Holding and BIHR serving refreshments to all the guests and students.”
